1. Service Description

PlanWalkVR provides 3D visualizations and virtual walkthroughs based on architectural floor plans submitted by clients. These visualizations are for conceptual and illustrative purposes only and do not constitute technical or construction documentation.

2. User Responsibilities

By submitting a project, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to share the floor plan and related content.
• All uploaded materials are free of third-party copyright claims.
• The data you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Payment

All services are quoted based on complexity and delivery time.
Prices are shown in EUR or HUF and may be subject to VAT (if applicable).
Payment is due before delivery of the final render or walkthrough.

4. Delivery and Revisions

We aim to deliver the first version within the timeline agreed upon.
Up to 1 minor revision is included per project, unless otherwise specified.
Significant design changes may require an additional fee.

5. Intellectual Property

The final 3D visual and virtual tour created by PlanWalkVR is intended for private or project use.
The client owns the rendered output, but PlanWalkVR reserves the right to display anonymized versions for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitations of Liability

PlanWalkVR is not responsible for decisions made based on the visualization.
No liability is accepted for technical inaccuracies in provided plans.
The service is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any project in case of:

• Inappropriate or unlawful content
• Abuse of services
• Non-payment

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union (EU).
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
